Glamour and excitement on the final day of the amateurs in the Dreisamstadion:

FC 08 Villingen triumphs!

On May 25, 2024, it was finally time:
The Final Day of Amateurs brought together FC 08 Villingen and Sportclub Lahr at the Dreisamstadion in Freiburg, the home of Bundesliga club SC Freiburg, for the South Baden Football Association's championship match. It was an exciting duel that thrilled not only football fans in the region but also marked a special day for us at RoDi Sports.

A Special Finale:
The game itself had everything a football fan's heart desires. Two ambitious teams, FC 08 Villingen and SC Lahr, faced off in a thrilling match. In the end, it was a narrow but well-deserved 1-0 victory for FC 08 Villingen, securing the prestigious Rothaus Cup. The joy and relief of the players and fans were palpable as FC 08 Villingen's captain lifted the trophy high.

RoDi Sports in Action:
We at RoDi Sports were proud to be part of this special event. Our RoDi Premium Ball Stand, specially ordered for the Final Day of Amateurs by the South Baden Football Association, was used for the presentation of the Rothaus Cup. The elegant plexiglass ring of the stand, adorned with a fine engraving, perfectly showcased the trophy and contributed to the festive atmosphere of the final.

Sustainable Partnership:
But our commitment went beyond this one game. In collaboration with the South Baden Football Association, we provided additional ball stands that are now in use in the sub-associations. Each of these stands is not only functional but also a real eye-catcher, as they are all individually branded and feature the same high-quality engraving. This measure not only enhances the visibility of the cup competitions but also strengthens the bond between the associations and us as partners.

Looking to the Future:
As the RoDi Sports team, we are thrilled about the successful implementation of this project and look forward to the future. The Final Day of Amateurs is a nationwide event that determines the cup winners of the German associations and gives them the opportunity to participate in the DFB Cup. We are ready and excited to continue working with the South Baden Football Association and other partners in the coming years to further support and promote amateur sports.
